MANAGING DEAL FLOW

UPSTREAM & DOWNSTREAM  INTEGRATION

Leading companies tightly integrate their upstream and downstream M&A processes by merging the approach and execution to minimize 3 fundamental risks:

APPROACH RISK

Resources only focused on the transaction and not integration

HANDOFF RISK

Resources dedicated only to integration that are not added to the team early enough to sufficiently prepare

EXECUTION RISK

Resources most knowledgeable with the transaction do not remain on the team through the integration phase
